Key Features
The offices works included the following:
- Installation of new gas fired heating system inclusive gas fired system boiler, radiators etc.
- Installation of new domestic plumbing system inclusive of pressurised cylinder, sanitary ware & wastes
- Installation of new automatic controls for offices
- Installation of new air conditioning system to new offices
The New Factory works included the following:
- Installation of new process compressed air system for pneumatic valves for operating equipment
- Installation of new steam plant room which provided steam to process equipment and to tank farms
- Distribution of oil lines from process equipment to tank farms
- Installation of steam tracing to stop liquid from solidifying
- Installation of ventilation from process equipment.
- Installation of high pressure pipe work to steam washers
- Installation of new steam & condensate system to factory floor
- Installation of automatic controls
