ERM were engaged to carry out modifications to existing heating system at the above school.
This work involved the following:
- Draining down complete school.
- Removal of 23 No. Cast Iron Radiators from Basement to Third Floor.
- Extend existing flow and return services out to accommodate installation of new pre-insulated plasterboard walling.
- Installation of 23 No. Vogel and Noot Radiators onto new wall.
- Refill heating system and test.
This work commenced in June 2016 and was completed August 2016
