ERM were employed by Lowrys Building Contractors as mechanical sub-contractor to carry out the following works:
- Complete mechanical strip out of Wards 9, 15, 00, 21, 23 & CEC building
- Installation of new medical gas system
- Installation of new automatic controls system
- Installation of new ventilation inclusive of fans, grilles, ductwork and fire smoke dampers
- Installation of new domestic water system
- Installation of new soils and wastes (inclusive of sanitary ware & saniflo systems)
- Tie in to existing soils, hot water and cold water systems on a shutdown basis
- Installation of new gas fired heating system within CEC building
- Installation of new bed pan washers
- Installation of new radiant panels & modified LTHW system to suit
- Shutdown existing 100mm steam line in Ward 5 and cut out and weld on flanges to make way for ventilation system
- Re-commission of existing vacuum system
